Why should I outsource marketing and creative?

Doesn't Faire take a cut of my sales?
Faire only takes a commission on new customers that find your brand via Faire for the first time. You will pay 0% commission on orders from any customer that arrives at your Faire shop via your Faire Direct Link. Additionally, if you can prove that you have previously marketed to a customer outside of Faire, you can claim the 0% commission even if they didn't use your direct link. At the end of the day, the revenue of new customers that wouldn't have found you without the platform will greatly outweigh any commission.
I have a Faire/Shopify/Etsy/other - do I need a website and social media?
You don't NEED a website and social media... but you should have them for sure. Having a landing page and digital presence outside of your selling platform allows you to build a recognizable and verifiable brand, increasing customer trust and loyalty. Consumers (B2B and B2C alike) are increasingly searching for USA-made and local products. Having a website and social media add an additional layer of authenticity, allowing customers to feel confident that they are purchasing product from real people in their community.
I sell a product, but not wholesale - can you help me get into wholesale?
